RETURNS: We make your satisfaction our priority

At extraVITA, we care about offering you the best purchasing experience possible. If you ever need to return an item, we are here to make it easy. Our return policy is simple and fair, designed to give you peace of mind.

Return period of 15 days Your satisfaction is important to us. For this reason, we offer a return period of 15 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Conditions for a successful return To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. We want to ensure that you receive the product exactly as we sent it to you.

Items that cannot be returned Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have passed more than 15 days since delivery or products on sale.

Transparent refund process Once we receive and verify your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item. We will then evaluate whether your return complies with our policies. If approved, we will process your refund and it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refunds If you have not yet received your refund, we suggest you follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank for more information.

Simple changes If you need to exchange an item due to defects or damage, we will be happy to help you. Simply write us an email at clients@zubinvest.com and we will guide you through the change process. ( We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.)

Shipping costs Please note that shipping costs to return an item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. In case of refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
